should be turned on/off with respective USE-flags:

psiconv
aiksaurus

I agree. I was conflicted about adding a whole bunch of local use flags for this
package since I hate them. I've added thesaurus and wordperfect flags into
abiword-plugins-2.4.1-r1. psiconv doesn't have a current version in portage and
is unmaintained both in gentoo and upstream so I have disabled it. Thanks for
the report
