The current unmasked ebuilds for mysql-query-browser-1.1.7 and
mysql-administrator-1.1.4 require the masked package =dev-cpp/gtkmm-2.8*

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -up mysql-query-browser
2. emerge -up mysql-administrator
3.

Actual Results:

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating dependencies \
!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "=dev-cpp/gtkmm-2.8*" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:

Expected Results:  
Would have expected the 2 ebuilds to still be masked if they have masked
dependancies.

All of these ebuilds are unstable. No bug here.
