xine-lib ebuild uses the dvdnav useflag, which is a) not in IUSE b) not in use.[local.]desc We should either replace it by just using dvd or add it properly.
I can't find any dvdnav useflag present in current xine-lib ebuilds. There's a commented-out use_with that is commented for a reason.
