sys-apps/which uses texinfo to generate it's man and info pages during
compilation, so the dependency to  sys-apps/texinfo should be on DEPEND and not
RDEPEND.

This is irrelevant for most systems as sys-apps/texinfo is in base profile, but
does messes up with a system when trying to do a minimal embedded system with a
custom profile, so please correct this bug.
