Initial ebuild for pyst, Asterisk related utility modules for the Python programming language. I haven't included Asterisk as a dependency because it isn't strictly necessary to build and install. Probably should go under dev-python.

Reassigning back to maintainer-wanted since Stefan has been retired as a Gentoo Developer (#27693).
This ebuild was in the voip overlay but has just been remove because the package is unmaintained since 3 years and a half and the ebuild is 4 years old. It's very old and it's unlikely this package is still working correctly with new version of asterisk. If someone want to put this ebuild in an overlay, please use the sunrise overlay which is a user overlay, that means anyone can commit on it.
