0.5 is out since June or so. Could we add gnome-base/librsvg as dependence to assure we can read svg images? thanks
GNOME Sudoku 0.6.0 was released in September 18, 2006. It is also being considered for inclusion in GNOME Games 2.18. The current ebuild works fine; one just has to rename it to gnome-sudoku-0.6.0.ebuild.
Created attachment 99892 [details] gnome-sudoku-0.7.0.ebuild Here's an ebuild for 0.7.0 with new install method.
I emerged the latest ebuild (0.7.0), but when I try to run gnome-sudoku, I get an error that gnomeprint cannot be found. I have pygtk, gnome-python and gnome-python-extras all installed.
Created attachment 100472 [details] gnome-sudoku-0.7.0.ebuild Looks like need gnome-python-desktop installed to get gnomeprint and gnomeprint.ui.

Created attachment 114971 [details] gnome-sudoku-0.7.1.ebuild Update to version 0.7.1 and add a blocker for gnome-games-2.18.0 which now includes it.
It seems that sudoku is in portage for some time now...
it seems this hasn't been released as a separate package for over a year. I see no interest in keeping this bug opened since it is now integrated in gnome-games. If somebody complains about gnome-games pulling too many dependencies, just help fixing that in the relevant bug, thanks.
