- depending on the meaning the ebuild name should be kasound-0.5b or
kasound-0.5_beta
- the ebuild header is invalid

This bug was last modified in 2005! kasound doesn't look like it's progressed any since then either.

KDE@, please do something with this bug.

The last release of this app was done more than 5 years ago.

If it were up to me I'd close this as WONTFIX. I'm following procedure and reassigning it to maintainer-wanted.

Should we close the bug and or remove ourselves from it?

Close WONTFIX. Whatever is 5 years old wont compile anyway.
