I'll attach a diff containing two updates:  
1. New FAQ item - 'Why are some split packages missing the newest ebuild  
versions?' This was asked several times wrt KDE 3.5.0_beta2.  
2. Updated (rewrote really) everything related to the anticipated new  
buildsystem of KDE4 to match current knowledge.
