Openssl 0.9.8 ebuilds (0.9.8-r1 and 0.9.8a) use files/gentoo.config-0.9.7g. In 0.9.7, the generic p3 target was "pentium". In 0.9.8, it's "generic32". Someone needs to check the other default targets used in files/gentoo.config-* In 0.9.8, rc5 and mdc2 are disabled by default. This ebuild enables the four patent-encumbered algorithms (rc5, mdc2, ec, and idea) unless bindist is specified, in which case all four are disabled. The old behavior was merely to disable all four if bindist was specified, otherwise leaving it up to the whims of openssl developers whether to build any of them. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
