Scrollkeeper 3.14 r2 will not compile on my system. Version 3.14 is fine, but portage wants to upgrade it. A temporary solution has been to mask scrollkeeper 3.14 r2, but I'd rather know why it doesn't compile. Here is my make.conf file: CFLAGS="-march=athlon64 -O2 -pipe" CHOST="x86_64-pc-linux-gnu" CXXFLAGS="${CFLAGS}" MAKEOPTS="-j2" USE="alsa -oss ogg vorbis acl acpi -apm cdr dvd dvdr dvdread esd flac gtk gtk2 imap -kde gnome gstreamer ldap ncurses ssl xmms pda gphoto2" And here is the tail end of the emerge output. make[3]: Entering directory `/var/tmp/portage/scrollkeeper-0.3.14-r2/work/scrollkeeper-0.3.14/cl/templates' LC_ALL=C ../../intltool-merge ../../po scrollkeeper_cl.xml.in scrollkeeper_cl.xml -x -u -c ../../po/.intltool-merge-cache Generating and caching the translation database WARNING: ../../po/uk.po is not in UTF-8 but koi8-u, converting...
