Overnet doesn't seem to work (at all) with 2.6.5

Could be because of packetloss on my internet connection, but I used
SpiralVoice's binary static build and got the same result.  I tried various
ov_web urls and manually ov_boot; no effect.

When I downgraded to 2.6.4 overnet worked again.  Can anyone re-confirm this?

this should be fised in 2.6.7. please reopen if i'm wrong
