I am trying to build the 'media-tv/rivatv' (version media-tv/rivatv-0.8.2) module from portage, 'emerge media-tv/rivatv' results in following error: No problems found. To build RivaTV type `make'. For cleaning up type `make clean`. make -C /lib/modules/2.6.13-gentoo-r3/build SUBDIRS=`pwd`/bttv modules make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-2.6.13-gentoo-r3' Makefile:530: /usr/src/linux-2.6.13-gentoo-r3/arch/x86/Makefile: No such file or directory make[1]: warning: jobserver unavailable: using -j1. Can you try to emerge the latest test ebuild and see if that has the same issue? Thanks!
(In reply to comment #1) > Can you try to emerge the latest test ebuild and see if that has the same issue? > > Thanks! Hi Bart, i have now tried to build 'media-tv/rivatv' with the ~x86 keyword set. this emerged version media-tv/rivatv-0.8.6 and it has built the package fine. there were some warnings/errors in the compile process, but the module was installed correctly. let me just try out if the module really works now and we can close this bug as resolved. do you agree? thanks a lot for your effort.
I am closing this bug in the assumption it works for you. Please reopen this bug if needed.
