ipython ebuild files don't have mips or ~mips in their KEYWORDS.

I have tried to add ~mips in ipython-0.6.15.ebuild, and emerge ipython works OK
on my Octane 2.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.log on a mips gentoo computer
2.emerge ipython
3.

Actual Results:  
Impossible to install

Expected Results:  
Installation of ipython done.
