Site is dead, no one cared for years and nothing in the tree depends on it. Time to get rid of it, if no one intends to maintain the package. Bug 112308 relates.

I took this package over and intended to maintain it, but given that upstream has disappeared, I'm going to mask it and send out Last Rites to gentoo-dev.
