Bug 110117 – Official patches needed for Cacti 0.8.6g.

A few patches have been released by the developers to resolve at least one issue
that is likely to bite the gentoo end user in the butt, for annoyance if nothing
else. The main one enables mib parsing so that you don't get stdout error
messages of the following nature:

No log handling enabled - turning on stderr logging
Cannot find module (NONE): At line 0 in (none)


needless to say, for most users getting a email every 5 minutes or so with that
would be annoying

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install 0.8.6g default
2. run poller.php and see error messages with potential error causing code

Yeah, I was about to make another revision for those types of patches. I'm not
sure when I can get to it (hopefully in the next few days), but I'll try my
