hmmm the old homepage indeed doesn't exists anymore but the one you mentionned asks me for a password do you know if this package is still alive ?
I don't know if it's still active. Maintainers e-mail address is at the bottom of the site. Webpage does exist, but last version of this program is still 5.1 for almost 1.5 years...

Compiles ok. Haven't tried it yet as I don't have any DVD's to encode with subtitles anymore. Perhaps you could also add the script mentioned: http://www.hopeless-newbie.co.uk/jacoconv/
