The KDE-config documentation (http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/kde-config.xml) in
Chapter 3. says "start the KDE Control Center (K-menu &gt; Settings &gt; Control
Center)."

In my KDE 3.4.1 the Control Center is not placed in "Settings" but right in the
root of the K-menu.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click K-Menu
2. Click Settings

Actual Results:  
Control Center cannot be found there
