net-p2p/gnunet-0.7.0-r2 has two bugs

gnunet-setup doesnt pass arguments properly.

inserting data doesnt work if sqlite was built with some thread related options,
 upstream bugreport is at. http://www.gnunet.org/mantis/view.php?id=943

Fix for these two bugs have been backported from upstream and are attached.

This patches are also applied to the debian package of GNUnet and there hasnt
been any problems there for 10+ days.

bugfix patches.

Backport fix for a thread related bug that prevents data insertion when using
sqlite for storage.

this report is outdated i suppose (we already have 0.7.0a in portage)
