Running the latest bittorrent 4.1.6, and clicking "Help->About" brings up a
dialog with the following errors:
Couldn't open /usr/share/doc/BitTorrent-4.1.6/credits.txt
Couldn't open /usr/share/doc/BitTorrent-4.1.6/credits-l10n.txt

On my system these files are:
/usr/share/doc/bittorrent-4.1.6/credits.txt
/usr/share/doc/bittorrent-4.1.6/credits-l10n.txt

(i.e., with a lowercase b and t).

I looked into making a patch for this and I think we need to change the value of
the variable doc_root set in BitTorrent/platform.py.  Not clear to me whats the
best way to do this though...
