Hello.
Please find attached ntp-4.1.1b.tar.bz2 containing a new(old ebuild with a few
modifications) ebuild for the latest ntp release aswell as an updated init.d
script and a new default /etc/ntp.conf file

I'm sorry if If you dissagree with the changes. I removed the use of ntpdate in
the rc script since I think this is becoming obselete. Instead I have added a
default ntp.conf that shows the use of an iburst parameter for the server
command. This is to make ntpd do a 8 packet request burst when it starts up to
set the clock.

I have removed the conf.d file since that didn't support specifying more than
one ntp server + the syntax looked like it was more effort than editing the more
standard ntp.conf file anyway.
