the latest version of swig has optional pike/ocaml support

please either KEYWORD the packages ppc64 or mask the USE flags

fun fun fun .. guess we'll have to mask .. least a first blush

ocaml looks to have two reasonably sized sections of asm that needs to be written. 

pike segfaults during the build process
