now It compile clean and works fine.

it compiles fine here, both with 'ssl' and 'gnutls ssl' useflags enabled, so i'm not sure what your error is. 
However i have noticed that you have an out-of-date copy of the ebuild (paths for gzip and friends are 
wrong). 
Could you let me know the output of emerge info?
meanwhile, I'll apply your fix to -r1, which will hit the tree within the next couple of days.

patch for exim ebuild

currently EXIM can't correct detect ssl without ebuild fix. b/c mistake and
grep cant use regexp

Someone test w/ >=4.60-r1; this version is no longer in the tree.
