The .ebuild for the fortune-mod-pqf (Terry Pratchett's discworld quotes) does 
not have any keyword for amd64 (either ~ or not), preventing installation on 
amd64 systems, even though is very stable since it is only quotes.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. On an amd64 system: emerge fortune-mod-pqf
2.

Actual Results:  
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating dependencies \
!!! All ebuilds that could satisfy "fortune-mod-pqf" have been masked.
!!! One of the following masked packages is required to complete your request:
- games-misc/fortune-mod-pqf-6.0 (masked by: missing keyword)

Expected Results:  
To have emerged normally (or at least with the ~amd64 accepted in /usr/portage/
package.keywords).
