You need to explain how you're active in that case. I don't see any developer activity from you (cvs + bugs) which is why I filed this bug to retire your dev status.

sorry but I do not understand your problem it was a low developer year from my side ,but I have written hpasm (check my home)and presentation gentoo I have talk about gentoo support with HP an Oracle ..... it this nothing ?
The way I see things you don't care too much about staying as a developer. I was very clear about wanting an explanation from you and I've given you almost a month to respond to that. Sorry, but if you're not even going to respond to your retirement bug in a timely fashion when asked by a devrel member I just can't see keeping you as a developer.

I'm still going through with resigning you as a gentoo developer. Presenting Gentoo is very nice but I still don't see any Gentoo development from you the last year. You can apply to become a developer again if you wish so. Infra, please go on with retiring tuxus.
