nttcp compiled and ran find on my amd64 system. Please unmask at you convenience.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. echo "net-analyzer/nttcp !amd64" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
2. emerge nttcp
3. nttcp -i
4. nttcp -T localhost

Actual Results:
