Description Peter Johanson (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-10-15 16:11:55 UTC
I've just updated monodoc and mono-tools to the new 1.1.9 releases. In doing so
I've dropped both the ~ppc and ~amd64 keywords from monodoc-1.1.9, since the old
GUI documentation browser that previously was part of the monodoc package is now
part of the mono-tools package. mono-tools also includes other tools and is a
new package, so I didn't want to just copy over the keywords from the monodoc
package. I didn't want users of either arch to upgrade monodoc, only to find the
main GUI utility missing, and the new package that holds that package not keyworded.

Hope that makes sense, feel free to ask for clarification of the above if it's
too cracked out to comprehend.

Anyway, please test and re-add the ~arch to both monodoc-1.1.9 and mono-tools-1.1.9.

Both new versions are still in package.mask pending some fixes for other
packages affected by the documentation related splitup.

Thanks in advance.

FYI monodoc-1.1.9 is not in the tree. Is that intentional?

Yeah, goof on my part. I commited it a few hours ago after realizing I'd
forgotten to commit. Should hopefully already be on the rsync mirrors.

Just a prod that i just added the 1.1.10 version of both of these packages which
still need some keyword resurrection.

I've also removed the package.mask entries for these folks, as there've been no
problems with them on x86.

Both monodoc and mono-tools 1.1.10 now marked ~amd64 (with some multilib fixes).

Marked ~ppc, sorry about the wait. Closing since we're the last arch.
