Hi Please find attached hyperlatex-2.8b.ebuild and a patch. Hyperlatex is a set of emacs lisp macros which enable the user to generate HTML from LaTeX files. http://hyperlatex.sourceforge.net/

The patch isn't o.k., since our base is ${ROOT}, not /, better use sed in this case.
Created attachment 70806 [details] hyperlatex-2.8b.ebuild Okay, changed the ebuild to use ${ROOT}. Also, the first ebuild missed a description.

I have tried hyperlatex-2.9a with Emacs 23.1 and it fails when building the HTML documentation. (With Emacs 22.3 it is O.K., but that's not an option.) I'll attach my current versions of the ebuild and patch.

- Last release in 2006. - Last activity in upstream CVS in 2006. - Does not build with Emacs 23. This is due to design, because hyperlatex uses "meta" characters for tagging purposes, which conflicts with the underlying utf-8 encoding in Emacs. So it looks like this is not easily fixable. If this package was in the portage tree already, I would consider removing it. Feel free to reopen when a new version appears that works with Emacs 23 and later.
