Description Alexey Spiridonov 2002-11-18 20:24:04 UTC
This happens on a brand new Gentoo 1.4_rc1 system. I ran emerge openoffice, and
after a little while, it spit the following out at me. Here's the tail of the
build log.

What are your CFLAGS, have you tried dropping to -O2?

are you using higher than -O3?

yeah i've had some problems with this. Especially when using the sun-jdk

It hasn't happened to me with blackdown. I've got an issue open on the OOo
site for this.

Sorry I haven't responded yet -- I haven't had my Gentoo box with me, and will
not for another week. I will give -O2 a try. I believe I was using blackdown
when trying to compile OOo. I will keep that in mind when I build it next week.
Comment 4 Seth Chandler 2003-01-12 21:58:55 UTC
is this still an issue?
Comment 5 Seth Chandler 2003-02-06 05:10:30 UTC
is this still a problem?
Comment 6 Alexey Spiridonov 2003-02-09 13:56:37 UTC
It doesn't seem to have this problem with -O2 and the -r3 ebuild.
Sorry I took so long.
