Fix for the uint32_t compilation error

The attached patch fixes this, but I'm not sure wether it's the correct way.
kde herd, feel free to use the patch if you think it's useful.

Fixed upstream in SVN according to http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=114628
