Description Will Briggs 2005-10-14 03:19:49 UTC
Failure as below.

From my experience this is simply the ebuild not handling multilib under AMD64.

Workaround of FEATURES="-multilib-strict" is effective.

making executable: /usr/lib/libaldmb.so
making executable: /usr/lib/libaldmd.so

!!! ERROR: media-libs/aldumb-0.9.2-r1 failed.
!!! Function dyn_install, Line 1198, Exitcode 0
!!! File /var/tmp/portage/aldumb-0.9.2-r1/image///usr/lib/libaldmb.so matches a
file type that is not allowed in /usr/lib
!!! If you need support, post the topmost build error, NOT this status message.

Reproducible: Always
