pylibpcap has got a new (and a bit troublesome) release. It's official package
at sourceforge is missing some files. The .tar.gz attached is a CVS checkout,
which worked with old pylibpcap-0.4 ebuild, just by adding the new swig dependency.

Attaching the modified 0.4 ebuild and CVS checkout tar.gz. Hope this helps.

We won't add this until the official tarball is fixed; manually mirroring a
tarball should be avoided whenever possible. Please, file a bug about the
missing files upstream and reopen this one when it's fixed.
