Hello, 

I suggest the addition of the CeCILL license. It was written by French
scientific institues for the distribution of free software by their scientists.
The main purpose is to add material to comply with local law, but the license is
GPL-compatible (there was some heated discussion about GPL compatibility for
version 1, this has been fixed in version 2). For more information, see

I'm submitting this license in order to be able to submit an ebuild.

As long as we don't have software in the repository which uses this specific
license, it's not of interest.
