Description Ashton Trey Belew 2005-10-10 20:10:58 UTC
I am so glad you do not package the java version of readseq, it is utter crap.
However for completeness it may be appropriate to add it as an option, though I
cannot imagine anyone in his/her right mind wanting to use it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

For a fun contrast, see bug 53730

Tested sci-biology/readseq-19930201 for ~amd64.

Builds, loads and runs. Appears to function properly with a simple .msf gene
sequence I found on the net.

Tests good for ~amd64

Marked ~amd64. Thanks for testing.
