True. Fix (being updated documentation, and mention thereof in the ebuild) is already in the pipeline, but will be late because I'm leaving almost three weeks very soon. FYI, on a clean install, the current ebuild should install this CellServDB file by itself, so you should be able to get up and running quite quickly.
