I recently updated my apache http server. After migrating all the configuration,
I am not able to see an albums anymore I have an 404 error when I click on an
album... 

After running the gallery configuration tool and save the config *without* doing
changes, it's working !

Apache HTTPD version : 2.0.54-r31
Gallery version  : 1.5_p1
PHP version : PHP 4.4.0-r1
mod_php version : 4.4.0-r3

That's a local configuration / permissions issue, not a gallery / ebuild bug.
