In doing a emerge -pvDu world, I find that uw-mailutils blocks pine (a la bug
105313).  However, when I look it up in portage or via packages.gentoo.org,
there's no description!  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to above URL.
Actual Results:  
I see "This is a sample skeleton ebuild file"

Expected Results:  
I should of seen an actual ebuild description telling me what it does.

"emerge info" does not apply to a documentation problem proven on
packages.gentoo.org.
