The kuroo_watcher in app-portage/kuroo doesn't download the rss feeds for new
packages unless dcoprss is installed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge kuroo
2. launch kuroo_watcher
3.

Actual Results:  
Little popup with date of last check of rss on kuroo_watcher systray icon; no
ebuild data.

Expected Results:  
Should be a list of new/testing packages above the kuroo_watcher systray icon.

Mistakenly submitted bug; still doesn't work with dcoprss. :(
