When merging media-sound/knob, it fails when checking for mcopidl.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge knob

Actual Results:  
checking for mcopidl... not found
configure: error: The important program mcopidl was not found!
Please check whether you installed aRts correctly.

Expected Results:  
It should have checked for arts as a dependency, thus avoiding the error.
