Squidalyser's main executable (squidalyser.pl) is incorrectly installed in an
arbirary location: /home/httpd/cgi-bin/.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge squidalyser
Actual Results:  
1. The httpd/cgi-bin directory is arbitrarily created by the ebuild.
2. Squidalyser's main executable (squidalyser.pl) is installed in
/home/httpd/cgi-bin/.

Expected Results:  
Apache's default document root is /var/www/localhost/cgi-bin.

 Apache also allows modular configuration by placing directive files in the
/etc/apache2/modules.d/.

Please, remove cyfred from metadata.xml wrt Bug 98273.

If nobody else is interested in maintaining the squidalyser package, I'll give
it a try.
