The Squidalyser user doc's are not installed in the standard location. i.e.,
/usr/share/doc

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge squidalyser
Actual Results:  
User doc's are installed in /usr/share/squidalyser directory.

Expected Results:  
User doc's should be installed in /usr/share/doc. e.g.,
/usr/share/docs/squidalyser-#.##.##

Please, remove cyfred from metadata.xml wrt Bug 98273.

If nobody else is interested in maintaining the squidalyser package, I'll give
it a try.
