After upgrading to mozilla firefox 1.0.7 and now 1.0.7-r2 i dont have truetype support in my mozilla.. it uses ugly bitmap fonts.. neither of the 1.0.7 ebuilds worked.. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge firefox >= 1.0.7 (havent tried -bin) 2. 3. Actual Results: it uses damn ugly bitmap fonts Expected Results: using nice truetype fonts as before 1.0.7

the problem appears to be that somehow it doesent enable xft or freetype2.. :(

sorry that i didnt close it, no, i havent had trouble with the ebuild since version 1.5 pre or something. the solution for me back then, was to configure firefox manually :) though i dont have the exact thing handy, but its obsolete now anyway.
