Mozilla is a very generic use flag. The problem with librsvg is if it's emerged with this use flag (that is used in many other places), the libzsvg mozilla plugin will disable the SVG implementation of mozilla. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3. Expected Results: We should be able to choose to install the mozilla librsvg plugin with another use flag than "mozilla".
librsvg uses the 'nsplugin' flag for this now, so hopefully it will be more clear. Thanks.
This also causes an emerge failure if "collision-protect" is in FEATURES
