webcomics-collector works with ~amd64.

Thanks for reporting. It would help for next time if you could:
 - State which version you have tested
 - Say whether it actually runs and performs as it should (rather than "builds")

I tested it here and it works.. but I don't know if it will be marked ~amd64
while the problem in the bug I'm about to file still exists

Devs -> Please remove TESTED if you don't want to mark this right now
