i only fill one bug here and not 5 for upgrading some PEAR packages, all these
are used if horde-pear is installed.

here is the list:

PEAR 1.4.1 is already in the SVN Overlay, but it will take a while until it is
ready for the official tree.

Will look at the others, though.
