Aborting. server ~ # Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.emerge bastille 2. 3. Actual Results: installation aborted Expected Results: downloading psad My suggestion to fix the problem: Kindly ask the psad developer to provide older packages
- possible solution: contacted michael Hi Michael, The installation of bastille fails on gentoo systems as it seems that you removed old psad packages at your server. Bugzilla Case: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=107555 IMHO the easiest solution would be if you could provide the psad-1.3.2.tar.bz2 file until a new gentoo bastille package is available with support for the latest psad package. What do you think? Kind Regards Renato
psad 1.3.2 has been re-activated by Michael Rash at the cipherdyne.org server, so the problem is solved. >>> Downloading http://www.cipherdyne.org/psad/download/psad-1.3.2.tar.bz2 --06:17:39-- http://www.cipherdyne.org/psad/download/psad-1.3.2.tar.bz2 => `/usr/portage/distfiles/psad-1.3.2.tar.bz2' Resolving www.cipherdyne.org... 204.174.223.24 Connecting to www.cipherdyne.org[204.174.223.24]:80... connected.
