Trying out pekwm-0.1.4_pre2 resulted in an exception by CfgParser which was
eventually rewritten by upstream.
However, there was no new release yet, so i'm contributing this svn snapshot
which is acknowledged as working by upstream. I've tested it and didn't found
any issue.
So please test and have fun :-)

0.1.5 should fix this, can you test?
