Description Nicolas Laplante 2002-11-14 13:43:31 UTC
When using KDE 3.1-rc2 or -rc3, the LAN browsing configuration module is absent from the
control center.

However, there _is_ a file called kcm_lanbrowsing.so and kcm_lanbrowsing.la in
/usr/kde/3.1/lib/kde3. If I run 'kcmshell lanbrowsing', I get the following error message:

kcontrol: ERROR: Module lanbrowsing not found!
QMutex::unlock: unlock from different thread than locker
was locked by 0, unlock attempt from 1024

I remember that it was working in KDE 3.1-rc1

got the same in rc3, it's fixed in final ;)
Comment 2 Dan Armak (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2002-11-28 14:06:15 UTC
I've no kcm module 'lanbrowsing', there's a module 'lanbrowser' that works ok here
(3.1 final). Since Hannes also says it's fixed, closing bugreport.
