The fam problem has been fixed in maildrop-1.8.1-r2 (~arched) Cheers, Ferdy

Ok and the solution was: # echo "app-admin/fam" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords # emerge --update fam (I had 2.7.0-r2 but 2.7.0-r4 is available). # emerge maildrop -> everything goes well The problem was fixed in fam 2.7.0-r4 You can close the bug safely. Thanks for your time.
