When viewing barix.com website, Firefox 1.0.6 stopped responding. The dead Firefox doesn't consume CPU. killall firefox-bin ... nothing killall -9 firefox-bin ... 1 firefox-bin process turns into zombie, others die pstree - parent process is mozilla launcher. killall mozilla-launcher ... nothing killall -9 mozilla-launcher ... finally got rid of all processes
This version is no longer in portage, besides, it does not hang here. In FF 1.5, you can use "Report Broken Web Site" feature to report such issues upstream. Closing.
