Bug 107321 – Patch for xfce 4.2.2 to fix problems with xftaskbar4 and gtk 2.8

Just upgraded to gnome 2.12 with gtk 2.8.3-r1 the other day , and then i noticed
that apparently gtk 2.8 has changed the way text is "wrapped around" in labels.
Due to this xftaskbar4 looks very odd will long text on the taskbar buttons not
getting hidden.

I got this patch from bugs.xfce.org and tweaked the xftaskbar4 ebuild for this
patch.

Both of them are attached below.
